Double pass radiators gain their efficiency by passing coolant through two separate sections of the radiator. This process allows the radiator the ability to dissipate heat two times, ultimately lowering coolant temperatures up to 20 degrees. All aluminum construction provide the highest level of heat transfer-Fully furnaced brazed which applies heat to all elements of the core and brazes them together. Brazing process eliminates the the need for epoxy on the header to tube joint. Every FSR Radiator is out through a mulit-step quality control process, which includes being pressurized beyond operating temperatures and pressure tested for quality.
