If you’re building a custom, classic, or hot rod, this High Output 98-02 LS1 F Body alternator is a great option for many resto-mods (like this beautiful Bel-Air) and still uses the OEM electrical connections for ease of installation and plug-and-play use.

This alternator produces a 180-amperage output which is a huge bump from the factory 104 amp output. This part is a direct replacement fit for CS130D alternators used in 1998-2002 Camaro and Firebird models and will fit the OEM location on all F-body applications from 1998-2002 and many similar LS truck applications of the same era. The internal regulation helps to ensure consistent and adequate amperage and is perfect for vehicles with a lot of accessories and equipment.

Product Features:

  • LS1 F body fitments
  • Internally regulated, serpentine belt driven
  • 180amps, 12 volt design
  • Replaces CS130D
  • Connects with OEM electrical connector point
  • Chrome finish
