April Update: Dyno Days And Birthday Cruises

At Karl Kustoms, we never have a dull moment. Even with current restrictions, we’ve found a way to continue to enjoy our passion and share it with you.

From celebrating a friend’s birthday to our first Virtual Summer Nights gathering, we had a blast in the month of April.

Virtual Summer Nights

This month, our Summer Nights went digital! Instead of gathering corporately, we came together digitally. We had a great showing online and enjoyed seeing every one of your sweet rides.

With everyone joining from home, the boss man himself, Carl Moyer, treated us to a special tour. He said, “I’m gonna take this opportunity to show you around and tell you a little bit about my own personal collection.”

We got a look at a 1957 Cameo Truck with a late-model Z06 drivetrain, a 1957 Bel Air 2-door hardtop housing an LS7 motor. and a complete Mercedes Benz interior. We also saw an all-original 1969 Chevelle SS with a 396 Big Block engine, and many other wicked rides.

Also in April, we took one of our favorite Camaros to get a tuning. Tuning is a great way to squeeze the most out of your stock or modified engine and this 2018 ZL1 saw big numbers. By the end of the day, we were looking at 741 hp.

Not Just Chevys

We recently brought back to life a beautiful 1966 Mustang. We upgraded the brakes, did some bodywork, and gave it a beautiful black paint job, which goes great with that white top.

We also helped customize a 2011 F-150 with a leveling kit, wheels, and new tires!

One of our favorite moments from this past month was celebrating our dear friend Jim Gallagher. For his 70th birthday, we helped to organize a drive-by cruise and had 28 cars show up to celebrate with him.

We enjoyed these special events, cars, people and much more! To stay up to date on our latest projects, check back often and subscribe to our YouTube Channel, too.
